Aave is probs #1 for lending/borrowing (Morpho is up next i would say). Very much recommend it, even Vitalik started using it :)

The UI is great, but what about building AAVE on the SORA network? it would be on both parachains of Kusama and Polkadot, there will be a lot of movement the next few years and it is frustrating to be tied to Ethereum

Aave is really secure and they recently launched their very own stablecoin (called GHO) which provides good yields opportunities.
